Amazing service from Chloe was dealing with my rental property as 1st time landlords. She made the process so much easier us dealing with all my queries in a timely manner and replying promptly which made the whole process so much smoother us we were moving into our own property she made sur we didn't have to worry about anything with the rental property. She is a credit to the company.

After a rocky start to the sales process we were really happy with the overall service we received from UP Estates. We were particularly impressed with Emily who progressed our sale. I would say Emily went above and beyond to help move things along. She was diligent and extremely well versed in chasing solicitors which was tricky at times. She was also great at chasing everyone in the chain to ensure things were moving along and kept strong communication with us throughout. She was easily the most proactive sales progressor in our chain.

The staff are all very helpful and always available to answer any queries. Katie Proctor is excellent and goes over and beyond her duties to solve issues with the property, contractors and tenants. Katie is always positive and its a joy talking with her on the phone.
