Up Estates was very helpful in re-negotiating the renewal of the rental agreement which included an increase in rents. They made the process very smooth and provided a simple online means for all parties to agree and sign the agreement. Their management has been very good.

The whole process of selling and buying a house is so stressful, so you need an amazing estate agency. Up Estates were that amazing estate agency for us. They behave like your own person team making you feel like your the only client on the books. Nothing was ever too much and any problems or worries were always dealt with immediately.

Aliya and Emily were both very helpful, friendly and responsive in keeping us updated and informed in a timely manner around Sales Leads and Sales Progression. In doing we were comfortable in knowing where we were and so we could make the best decisions at every stage.
If you choose Up Estates, you can rest assured even with slow leads that your interests will be represented and at an affordable price. It's also worth mentioning that Up Estates honoured the original fee (as prices did increase) without quibble given the length of the sales process and economic inflation taking hold! I would definitely recommend them for the near future!
