After a rocky start to the sales process we were really happy with the overall service we received from UP Estates. We were particularly impressed with Emily who progressed our sale. I would say Emily went above and beyond to help move things along. She was diligent and extremely well versed in chasing solicitors which was tricky at times. She was also great at chasing everyone in the chain to ensure things were moving along and kept strong communication with us throughout. She was easily the most proactive sales progressor in our chain.
