We chose Up Estates to sell our property with, based on a recommendation. And I am SO GLAD that we did! Jade was superb and sold our house within a week, securing the price that we were after. Up Estates made the whole house buying process quick and easy (especially doing it all by myself). Simon and Becky showed great communication and answered all of my questions at the start of the process and Emily followed the sales progressions throughout and Demi chased completion right at the end when the sellers solicitor communication lacked. After living in Essex for over 40 years, I moved to Coventry about 10 weeks ago to be close to family as I get older.
