I have used Up estates to sell many homes since they started their business. We have always received good advice and they are willing to discuss the sales price. They are professional and good communicators. Becky was excellent in negotiating with buyers and Emily was great in the sales progression keeping the solicitors informed and the buyer. I had prompt emails and call backs , she was busy. Simon did take some lovely photos. They are very competitive in price. Great value money. I have moved 19 times so I have experiences before Up estates started but they are the local number 1 company. We wish them all the best with their future business

Very proactive and helpful letting agent. Do full check in and check out reports, sort council tax, utilities on check in/out and provide meter readings for tenant and landlord. Chloe did a great job helping me refurbish the property after a difficult tenant left it in a poor state plus advising me generally. Other team members I've dealt with have been good too.
