I’ve been using Up Estate’s Coventry branch (Katie and the team) to manage my rental properties and overall their service has been very good. They handle the viewings and guide you through each application, making the process smooth and transparent. I also value the tailored advice they provide for each property, from market research, suggesting which appliances to add to clearly explaining important regulations. They also provide regular updates on the condition of the property. Their fixed fee structure is pretty reasonable too.
