Up Estates in Hinckley & Burbage

Selling and letting properties for a low fixed fee

Up Estates has an excellent reputation in the Hinckley and Bosworth area and a strong local presence as an estate agent in Hinckley. We currently have many houses for sale and rent in Hinckley and other nearby towns and villages.

We understand that people no longer visit estate agents on Castle Street when searching for their next property and instead look online for their next house in the Hinckley area. Therefore, at Up Estates we operate from regional offices which cover a wider area, meaning less overheads and more staff working in each location. As a result we offer a low fixed fee and a higher level of service than you would get from other Hinckley estate agents.

Don't take our word for it. Read our customer reviews and visit All Agents to see what our customers say about us.

About Hinckley & Burbage

Hinckley is a beautiful market town located in Southwest Leicestershire. It has history dating back to Anglo-Saxon times but it mainly known for the hosiery industry in the 17th century. The Hinckley museum featured in the photo at the top of this page is a timber-framed framework knitters’ cottage. There was an array of new housing developments in the 1950s, 1960s and 1990s.

Hinckley has recently undergone major redevelopment such as a large new leisure centre and a new area of the town centre called 'The Crescent' which includes a new cinema, a variety of new gyms and a selection of shops, as well as a large new Sainsbury's. It is a growing town with many new houses still being built.

Fantastic. Helped push solicitors along and chase information. Would definitely use them if I were to sell and recommend to others
