One of our portfolio landlords was looking to add to his existing portfolio with a property that was lettable instantly upon completion. We understood his exact investment requirements and were able to source a selection of properties within his desired area, negotiated on his behalf and on completion let the property, achieving a rental yield of 6.2%.
We gave advice to a regular client of ours who was looking for a property to buy, renovate and sell on. We searched the market for them, and sourced a property for them to buy via another agent.
