One of our portfolio landlords was looking to add to his existing portfolio with a property that was lettable instantly upon completion. We understood his exact investment requirements and were able to source a selection of properties within his desired area, negotiated on his behalf and on completion let the property, achieving a rental yield of 6.2%.
We gave advice to a regular client of ours who was looking for a property to buy, renovate and sell on. We searched the market for them, and sourced a property for them to buy via another agent. Purchased for £180,000, the property was then renovated and resold for £275,000 standing to make a gross profit of circa £40,000. This deal represented a good profit margin and a quick turnaround time of around 5 months in and out.
A local mortgage advisor recommended our agency to one of their clients who wanted to start a buy to let portfolio.
