Up Estate Agents in Bedworth provides a full, local estate agency service for a low fixed fee.

Introducing a Bedworth estate agency that will sell or let your property

Up Estates has an excellent reputation in the Bedworth area and a strong local presence as an estate agent in nearby Nuneaton. We currently have many houses for sale and rent in Bedworth and other nearby towns and villages.

We understand that people no longer visit every estate agent in Bedworth and Nuneaton when looking to purchase or rent their next property, especially when this involves too much travel time. Instead most people look online for their next house in the Bedworth area.

Therefore, at Up Estates we operate from regional offices which cover a wider area, meaning less overheads and more staff working in each location. As a result we offer a low fixed fee and a higher level of service than you would get from other Bedworth estate agents.

Don't take our word for it. Read our customer reviews and visit All Agents to see what our customers say about us.

An Overview of Bedworth

Bedworth was an old mining town in the 18th and 19th Century but since that closed in 1994 it is now a small market town. There are some historical features to Bedworth such as Nicholas Chamberlaine Almshouses in the town centre and the Water Tower which was built in the 1880s.

Bedworth has had some redevelopment over the years including a new large 24 hour Tesco in the centre. It has fantastic transport links and proximity to major cities such as Coventry, Birmingham and Leicester.
