This was the third time using up estates when buying/ selling a house. They are always lovely, friendly and helpful. They have a team for each part of the process and a dedicated person you can speak too. Can’t recommend them enough. Emily and our team were a pleasure to work with.

I have used Up estates to sell many homes since they started their business. We have always received good advice and they are willing to discuss the sales price. They are professional and good communicators. Becky was excellent in negotiating with buyers and Emily was great in the sales progression keeping the solicitors informed and the buyer. I had prompt emails and call backs , she was busy. Simon did take some lovely photos. They are very competitive in price. Great value money. I have moved 19 times so I have experiences before Up estates started but they are the local number 1 company. We wish them all the best with their future business
