Having never been a landlord before I decided to use Up Estates to manage the whole process and also the ongoing management and I have got to say they have done a magnificent job from start to finish, the whole process has gone really smoothly.
I don’t usually write reviews but I thought I’d make an exception on this occasion due to the great experience we’ve just had selling our house with UpEstates Coventry. Charlotte was our initial point of contact, she was very friendly and professional. The whole team did their bit and the communication at every stage of the process was excellent Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
