We chose UP Estates in Coventry primarily because of their fixed fee structure and the strong reviews on their website, and overall, our experience has been very positive.

Aliya, who was our main point of contact throughout the process, was exceptional. We spoke with her frequently, and she was always approachable, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about the market. She made herself consistently available and was always at the end of the phone when we needed advice or reassurance.

At one stage, when our house seemed to be taking longer to sell than I had expected (perhaps due to my own impatience), I considered bringing in another estate agent alongside them. However, Aliya took the time to talk this through with me. She asked what I believed another agent could do differently or better, and in hindsight, she was absolutely right—there wasn’t anything that would have improved the situation. Her honesty and confidence in their service really stood out.

Throughout the process, we felt supported and well-informed, and Aliya’s professionalism and dedication were a key part of that. Based on our experience, we would happily recommend UP Estates to others looking to sell their property.

Fully Recommend using Up Estates for all of your property transactions. They offer a first class service at an affordable price. Our first interaction with Up Estates was with Charlotte. Charlotte arrived on time, was really friendly and helped us make some inform decisions about the sale of our property, as well as a suite of fantastic photos to promote our advert.
