We have been dealing with UP Estates, as Landlords, since 2022. From the initial consultation to current times, we have received professional support and advice. UP estates have managed all aspects of our letting very well. Any maintenance issues are dealt with immediately and there are regular inspections carried out on the property. All staff have been responsive to our calls and emails.

Up Estates are pitched perfectly between the online fixed fee outfits and traditional percentage based agencies.

Whilst offering low fixed fees, they still have proper offices with well trained, professional staff and great local knowledge.

I would definitely recommend Up Estates, even for selling more expensive properties. We saved several thousands of pounds using them compared with the traditional agents who quoted.
