Very easy to deal with Up Estates. Jade handled the initial viewings and negotiations for us with transparency and ease. It was particularly nice not to be pressured into making an offer before we were ready, and there were none of the tricks that some firms use to speed that process along.
On to the purchase and Emily was our sales progressor. What a breath of fresh air-she answered questions quickly, kept us up to date, and kept the purchase on track and progressing efficiently while also maintaining professionalism.
Having been scarred from our experience with a different firm on a failed purchase, we were a little apprehensive in entering the buying process again, but we needn’t have worried with Up Estates. We hopefully will be in our new house for many years, but if we ever do come to sell we will definitely use Up Estates after our positive experience.

Having never been a landlord before I decided to use Up Estates to manage the whole process and also the ongoing management and I have got to say they have done a magnificent job from start to finish, the whole process has gone really smoothly.

Charlotte was our initial point of contact, she was very friendly and professional.
