We continually strive to give the best service to everybody we work with and are proud of the reputation we have of giving excellent customer service. Take a look at what our customers say about Up Estates.
From start to finish we were always kept informed. Every phone call I made there was always someone there to help as. We are very with UP Estates and all staff
This is the third time we've used Up Estates and yet again they surpassed expectations with great service, attention to detail and good communications. Charlotte Hemmings, Jade Neale and Elena Copaciu did a fabulous job in finding and implementing a suitable tenant for our house and I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a first class estate agent.
We recently completed on a purchase from Up Estates where they were handling the sale. The communication was excellent and the team were efficient at getting back to us, the purchase went through smoothly and we had a great experience with UpEstates. We would use them in the future if we come to sell and would hope that they would be representing the seller too. Thankyou especially to Emily
From the first interaction with Up Estates, we have found them to be professional and efficient in getting our home to market. Aliya, in particular has been excellent but to be fair all the staff in the office and the ones doing the viewings were brilliant. We are SSTC and let’s hope the rest of the process is as smooth!
Very friendly and responsive team. Every step was done efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. They took away the stress and worry from the initial meeting to my tenants moving in. Highly recommend UP Estates and grateful for their impeccable service.
Katie facilitated the new tenancy agreements at both 136 and 146 Greendale Road for J P Robinson Properties Ltd and has been both helpful and efficient in all our dealings to date. I’m sure this relationship will continue in earnest going forward.
All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful all the way through the process of selling my family home. In particular Emily made it so easy, she answered every question that I had and kept me updated throughout. I would not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend to all.
Great experience from start to finish working with Emily selling my mother's property.
Recently sold our house with Up-estates, and would highly recommend. Their competitive prices compared to other estate agents stood out to us firstly, however the service provided was absolute top tier.
Would like to give a thank you to Emily and Becky as their communication during the whole process was amazing. I could always get through to speak to somebody on the phone or via email, and was frequently updated along the way.
Thanks again to the whole team!
Up Estates and especially Emily were a pleasure to work with on the recent sale of my property. Always on the end of the phone and constantly updating me with any updates. Emily made the dreaded move a breeze and will be using again.
We were recommend to use Ups estate agent by a neighbour who had used them to sell their property, we were a little hesitant as we weren't sure if we would get the full traditional service. How wrong can you be, they were excellent, photos and drone views were perfect, communication was second to none. We sold within a week! Special thanks to Simon and Emily for all their hard work. Would absolutely recommend.
A reliable and hardworking team, helpful at all times. It was a pleasure working with them.
