We chose Up Estates to sell our property with, based on a recommendation. And I am SO GLAD that we did! Jade was superb and sold our house within a week, securing the price that we were after. Jade also assisted us in buying our new property the same week, which all went smoothly. It was a fantastic start, and this continued when we were passed over to Emily, who has been our sales progressor and case handler. There are no words other than WOW. After living in Essex for over 40 years, I moved to Coventry about 10 weeks ago to be close to family as I get older. I was lucky enough to find a flat for sale near to my son quite quickly and arranged a viewing with Up Estates. The flat is exactly what I wanted, so I put in an offer which was accepted. So now we are in the process of all the necessary work until completion date.
