From the outset Up Estates have been knowledgeable, professional, dedicated and approachable during the quest to sell our property.
Our house is far from standard in terms it’s construction, age, location and boundary legalities, but our dedicated contact Aliya made herself familiar with all of this.
The service we have received has been as good you’d get from any traditional agents charging a percentage based fee, but with Up’s fixed fee the cost to us has been much lower, and as they still have local offices we could drop in and see them if we needed to.
