Charlotte the up valuer was professional and polite, We then had aliya who was awesome and helped us through the sales page, she kept us informed of any bids or interest or viewings as we chose to do the viewings ourselves. Emily was the progressor and really made us feel confident in the process along with what was needed for the sale. When we next move we will be using UP!

We had a great experience in selling our house with UpEstates Coventry. The house went on the market on 1st July and by 3rd of July we had an offer which we accepted. Charlotte was our initial point of contact, then Aliyah and Emily they were very friendly and professional. Very easy to deal with Up Estates. Jade handled the initial viewings and negotiations for us with transparency and ease. It was particularly nice not to be pressured into making an offer before we were ready, and there were none of the tricks that some firms use to speed that process along.
On to the purchase and Emily was our sales progressor. What a breath of fresh air-she answered questions quickly, kept us up to date, and kept the purchase on track and progressing efficiently while also maintaining professionalism.
Having been scarred from our experience with a different firm on a failed purchase, we were a little apprehensive in entering the buying process again, but we needn’t have worried with Up Estates. We hopefully will be in our new house for many years, but if we ever do come to sell we will definitely use Up Estates after our positive experience.
