Under the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2017, Estate Agents are obligated to complete Customer Due Diligence checks and reserve the right to request additional documents to ensure compliance to the regulations.

Please provide a copy of photo ID for all buyers (Driving licence or passport) and proof of current address for all buyers (utility bill must be within the past 3 months or an annual statement for council tax).
