Our Service

We provide the highest level of estate agency service where we continually keep you updated about your property sale. As a large agent we have the infrastructure which ensures you receive excellent levels of service throughout the sales process. This includes you having a dedicated sales negotiator who works closely with you to get a sale agreed. After the sale has been agreed you will have a dedicated sales progressor who works with you and your chain until the property completes.

Operating longer opening hours allows us to speak with more buyers and allows us to negotiate more sales. You will be surprised how many sales are agreed on a Saturday afternoon! Our office is open from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on a Saturday.

At Up Estates we have 24 hour call answering which means whatever time of day you call there will be somebody there to speak with you. We also continually manage our emails ensuring there are no missed opportunities and that everybody is responded to quickly and professionally - We will never miss a lead on your property.

Simple steps to selling your property

    Book a Free Valuation

    We will visit you and discuss the valuation price and marketing strategy of your property to ensure you secure the best possible price as quickly as possible.

  • Step 2

    Instruct Up Estates

    We will take all photos, draw up a floor plan and get all of the details needed to bring your property onto the market.

  • Step 3

    Marketing, Viewings & Negotiation

    You will have a dedicated sales negotiator who knows your area and will manage the marketing of your property, find buyers, arrange all viewings, get feedback and negotiate the sale of your property.

  • Step 4

    Sales Progression

    Once a sale is agreed we will progress your sale through to completion by working with you, your buyer, solicitors and other parties until your property sale completes.

  • Step 5


    The sale has now completed and keys are handed over to your buyer.
