With people no longer walking up and down Halford or Charles Street in Leicester searching for their next property and many other Estate Agents scattered all over the city it shows there is no need for a shop front estate agent. Operating from our Leicester office we are on hand to assist you in the sale or let of your property. At Up Estates you benefit from a skilled team who are always on the phone helping you generate more leads and achieve the highest sale price for your property. An Overview of Leicester

Located in the East Midlands and Leicester lies on the River Soar and the National Forest. It is one of the oldest city’s in England with a history going back to at least 2 millennia. Romans arrived in Leicester around 47 AD and thereafter were several historic wars throughout the centuries. The history of this city continued with creating canal and railway links to London and Birmingham which lead to mass housebuilding across Leicester for some 30 years after 1945. The last major housing development was built in the 1970s in the north of the city.

Leicester benefits from the Haymarket Shopping centre and a newly developed in 2008 shopping mall called Highcross in the city centre plus Fosse Park retail park is on the outskirts next to the M1 motorway. With its central position in the country and great transport links it has become a popular distribution centre for many service and manufacturing businesses.
